DIGHTON – The Dighton Fire Department will be hosting a 20th year remembrance ceremony of the 9/11 attacks to remember the 2,977 men, women, and children who lost their lives that fateful day. In less than one month, 20 years will have passed since we were attacked on September 11th, 2001. We will keep our promise to the victims and victim’s families and “NEVER FORGET”.
The Dighton Fire Department would like you to join us on September 11th, 2021 at Dighton Fire Department Station #2 Firefighters/9-11 Memorial located at 132 Chase Street at 9:45 am for a remembrance ceremony. The Dighton Fire Department will be sounding the station alarms once at 09:59 (World Trade Center South Tower collapse) and again at 10:28 (World Trade Center North Tower collapse).
